We’re excited to let you know that we’ve heard your feedback on Owl’s CANCELLED attendance status, and have enhanced Owl’s cancellation functionality.
Specifically, there are now TWO cancellation attendance states for Owl: CANCELLED and LATE CANCEL.
CANCELLED allows you track that a session was cancelled by the client but there is not charge for the session. The session remains listed in the Calendar and Client profile, but it is not invoiced (it’s treated similarly to the Non-Billable attendance state).
LATE CANCEL allows you to track that a session was cancelled and infringed on your cancellation policy (whatever that is). Late Cancel will invoice and charge for the session (as the CANCELLED state did previously).
These cancellations are now tracked in the CONTACT & CLINICAL tab of a clients profile, so you can see how often a client has cancelled, and when you’ve charged them for those cancellations.
