Our new Notes Templates feature is here! With it, you can create customized note templates that you use for routine note-taking. If you’ve got a specific format of headings or sections you routinely use when creating notes, you can now set that up once and have access to it whenever you’re completing a new session note.
To use Notes Templates, there are two things you need to do:
- CREATE A TEMPLATE: Head to SETTINGS and the new NOTES TEMPLATES tab to create a note template. Make sure to give it a memorable name so you can refer to it easily later. You can create as many templates as you’d like.
- USE A TEMPLATE IN A SESSION NOTE: Once a note template is defined, you will see it available to you the next time you create a session note in a client’s profile. You’ll see a new drop-down list called “Templates” that contains all the new templates that you’ve set up. Select the one you want and it pops into your session note automatically.
NOTES & TO DO’S IN WORKFLOW
We’ve also made it MUCH easier to track outstanding Notes and To Do’s that you need to action for your practice. Head to WORKFLOW and you’ll see two new tabs: one for Notes that need to be written, and one for To Do’s that need to be actioned. Both lists help you keep on top of what needs doing in your practice so nothing ever falls through the cracks.
