If there was one standout feature as we designed our new update to Owl Practice, it was the inclusion of taxes. This is one of the most-requested features we’ve ever had, and we’re excited to bring it to you. Tax integration will launch on July 10, 2017!
With Owls new tax system, you can pre-define a tax rate or use your provincial percentage, apply either or none to specific services and charges, and they will all appear on invoices, receipts, and data exports.
To edit these, you will first need to Enable Taxes under your Payment Details Settings. You can enter in a HST number here, too!
Next, head to your Services & Fees.
